Send us by email a detailed description of what you wish to have taken back, photos and your price including delivery (Mondial Relay)

We study all your proposals and respond quickly.

If we reach an agreement, after receipt and inspection of your package we will pay you in vouchers valid in our stores. (NB: These vouchers are for single use)

If after checking the package we decide not to complete the recovery, the return will be made at our expense (Mondial Relay)
